Media Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire media and digital content production process, from ideation and concept development to production, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

• Produce videos and other digital content for Onde’s social media and communication channels.

• Generate content centered around Onde’s new brand and assist in its launch in Poland and other markets.

• Develop localized content for city-by-city market launches, tailoring ideas and formats to specific locations and audiences.

• Utilize platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.

• Independently manage the planning, shooting, editing, and publishing of completed content.

• Monitor content performance and leverage data and audience insights to enhance future content initiatives.

• Experiment with various formats, creative strategies, and distribution methods.

• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to align business and brand objectives with engaging content.

• Build and maintain a portfolio of content projects and insights.

• Contribute to broader brand and growth initiatives as the role develops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end media or digital content production, ideally across various campaigns or projects.

• Proven ability to take content from concept and production through to publishing and performance evaluation.

• Strong practical experience in creating digital content, particularly videos.

• Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or comparable social media networks.

• Knowledge of social media content formats, distribution strategies, and audience engagement techniques.

• Comfort with performance KPIs and content metrics.

• Capable of working independently and transforming a brief or idea into completed content with minimal guidance.

• Strong creative thinking and execution skills.

• Experience in campaigns with comprehensive production responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.

• Residing in Poland or willing to closely engage with the Polish market.

• Portfolio or examples of work are required to accompany the application.

• Proficiency in Polish is highly preferred but not mandatory.
