Media Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Daily responsibilities include a balanced focus on strategy/planning and execution of paid media campaigns.

• Lead the overall strategy for paid media and implement tactics to achieve client objectives, collaborating closely with account and channel leads.

• Supervise and manage paid media initiatives, encompassing various channels such as paid social, PPC, and email marketing.

• Effectively monitor and optimize campaign pacing, including flighting, budget allocation, and sales targets.

• Design and calculate media mixes along with expected outcomes based on designated media spend and KPIs.

• Evaluate performance and results through comprehensive data analysis.

• Assemble, organize, and deliver campaign outcomes, insights, and key takeaways to clients.

• Prioritize and handle client requests on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis to ensure timely completion.

• Actively develop and support client objectives to increase spending and explore new platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the fields of digital marketing and advertising.

• Proficient in Facebook and Instagram Ads.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Ads.

• Extensive experience across various advertising channels, including forecasting and analysis of opportunities/gaps.

• Knowledge of campaign management tools.

• Proven expertise in advanced paid media strategies.

• Ability to monitor emerging paid trends and products successfully and assess their relevance for the agency and clients.

• Experience with research tools and competitive analysis.

• Skills in budget management, pacing, and billing.

• Capability to follow up on multiple tasks to meet deadlines across various projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in analyzing data to extract insights that drive business growth.
