Media Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional clipping or Press review packages to clients worldwide on a daily basis.

• Create a wide array of press review products for a varied clientele by leveraging specialized software to analyze and summarize print, electronic publications, online content, and social media.

• Collaborate with the Global Content Hub (GCH) and utilize other internal tools to monitor content ingestion, manage production workflows, and ensure quality control within a QC environment.

• Implement enhancements and develop new services within the client management tools.

• Utilize client information provided by the Client Services team through CRM.

• Revise client briefs with directives on keywords, formatting, and media preferences.

• Offer feedback to the Client Services team regarding any concerns or guidance needed.

• Organize, edit, analyze, and format press packages based on client specifications.

• Interpret client briefs and apply instructions regarding keywords, formatting, and media preferences.

• Summarize content according to client-specific editorial standards.

• Verify and ensure the precision of the press review.

• Process content with efficiency and accuracy.

• Conduct quality proofing and assurance of content within the GCH/Press Review.

• Accept and implement feedback from the Client Services or Operations team to enhance understanding of account briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in relevant areas.

• High level of proficiency in the English language.

• Knowledge of the global media landscape, news flow, and the impact of media on corporate communications and strategy.

• Ability to read and comprehend articles, identifying and extracting key details for further analysis.

• Familiarity or aptitude to learn and retain issues and terminology pertinent to key industry sectors.

• Capability to learn and comply with client-specific requirements.

• Excellent proof-reading skills with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and within tight deadlines.
