Media Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch clipping or press review packages to clients around the world on a daily basis.

• Create a wide array of press review products for a varied clientele by leveraging custom software to analyze and summarize print, electronic publications, online content, and social media.

• Collaborate with the Global Content Hub (GCH) and other internal resources to monitor content ingestion, oversee production processing, and deliver quality control within a QC environment.

• Implement modifications and develop new services within the client management tools.

• Make use of client data supplied by the Client Services team through CRM.

• Revise client briefs with instructions concerning keywords, formatting, and media preferences.

• Provide insights to the Client Services team regarding any issues or guidance needed.

• Organize, edit, analyze, and format press packages based on client requirements.

• Interpret client briefs and apply specific instructions on keywords, formatting, and media preferences.

• Summarize content according to client-specific editorial standards.

• Validate and ensure the precision of the press review.

• Process content efficiently and with accuracy.

• Conduct quality proofing and assurance of content in the GCH/Press Review.

• Receive and implement feedback from the Client Services or Operations team to enhance understanding of account briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

• Recent graduates to 2 years of experience in relevant areas.

• High proficiency in English language skills.

• Knowledge of the global media landscape, news flow, and the influence of media on corporate communications and strategy.

• Ability to read, comprehend articles, and identify and extract key details for further analysis.

• Familiarity with or capacity to learn and retain terminology and issues related to key industry sectors.

• Willingness to learn and adhere to client-specific requirements.

• Excellent proofreading abilities with the capability to meet stringent deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and within tight deadlines.
