This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Analyze client needs and convert them into actionable reporting outputs, such as dashboards, report templates, and data queries.
• Oversee timelines and deliverables, guaranteeing that high-quality reports are provided on time with uniform formatting and visual standards.
• Create clear, accurate, and insightful analyses based on key performance indicators, while conducting thorough proofreading and data validation.
• Address client inquiries and feedback concerning reports, and participate in internal training programs to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
• Perform both quantitative and qualitative assessments of media data to derive insights regarding brand perception, media performance, and industry trends.
• Leverage software tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to extract, manipulate, and present data, collaborating with internal teams and clients to facilitate value-added initiatives.
• Provide reporting in Finnish and/or Swedish as dictated by client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in media data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting software; knowledge of dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong skills in data validation and proofreading.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and/or Swedish, capable of clearly explaining insights to clients and team members.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in quantitative and qualitative media analysis is preferred.
