Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

• Collaborate closely with creative teams and account managers.

• Take ownership of performance metrics across a range of high-growth brands.

• Identify performance gaps, conduct tests, and drive measurable results.

• Develop, launch, and expand campaigns on Meta.

• Evaluate CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA to highlight effective strategies.

• Manage Paid Search and Display advertising initiatives.

• Analyze keyword performance, audience segmentation, and impression share.

• Transform performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients.

• Assist account managers in crafting compelling narratives for clients.

• Review post-click experiences, including landing pages, mobile versus desktop performance, and upsell opportunities, and identify areas needing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years managing paid accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $100K.

• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads; proficiency in Google Ads is a significant advantage.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.

• Highly proactive in driving projects, communicating obstacles, and suggesting solutions.

• Comfortable managing client relationships and leading meetings.

• Excellent written communication skills and discipline in remote work.

• Additional points for experience with TikTok or YouTube Ads, agency backgrounds, creative testing frameworks, or managing multiple accounts concurrently.
