This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take full ownership of the Google Ads strategy and execution for Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Oversee a monthly Google Ads budget ranging from $150K to $200K+, focusing on scaling ROAS while maintaining efficiency.
• Develop repeatable systems and processes for testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Convert performance data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team on testing frameworks and ad assets.
• Recognize growth opportunities and transform them into strategic initiatives.
• Conduct strategic discussions and reporting directly with the founder.
• Demonstrated experience managing a Google Ads budget of $150K to $200K+ per month for a single brand (not a portfolio or aggregate totals).
• Practical DTC e-commerce experience with Shopify, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max for online retail.
• Proven track record with 8 to 9 figure revenue brands (not small startups or information products).
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Google Ads should be your primary channel and core area of expertise (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube). This position is not focused on Meta-led or generalist multi-channel roles.
• A senior, self-sufficient operator who can manage accounts independently without supervision.
• Native-level English proficiency for strategic discussions with US founders.
• Confident and polished in client-facing situations (calls, reporting, strategy discussions).
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate data into informed decisions.
