This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, execute, and analyze structured paid marketing experiments on emerging growth channels.
• Enhance and oversee campaign performance by modifying bidding strategies, refining audience targeting, managing budget pacing, and conducting creative tests.
• Assist with technical operations for both existing and new channels, including QA conversion mapping, ensuring accurate performance links back to ad platform algorithms.
• Manage channels in alignment with internal objectives and KPIs, reallocating spend towards genuinely incremental opportunities.
• Take ownership of the creative strategy across channels—generate concepts, brief and guide the creative team, and customize format and messaging (image vs. video, hook-driven vs. storytelling) to optimize conversions for each channel.
• Over 3 years of direct, hands-on execution experience in paid media buying across various platforms.
• Capable of working independently, with a keen eye for detail concerning performance and budget adjustments, platform-level delivery discrepancies, and tracking issues.
• Proven track record of test-and-learn methodologies, data-driven mindset, and creativity.
• Additional experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
• Familiarity with Claude, SQL, Posthog, and business intelligence tools such as Superset, Looker, or similar.
• Significant budget allocated for deployment.
• A team that has established the LTV, ROAS, and incrementality measurement frameworks underpinning our paid program.
