Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Full ownership of all marketing initiatives, encompassing paid acquisition (Meta), the development and optimization of landing pages, as well as CRM and lifecycle campaigns.

• Performing customer research through consistent interviews and qualitative feedback to enhance product positioning, messaging, and growth priorities during the initial beta phase.

• Executing ongoing growth experiments across various channels, creative formats, and AI-enhanced workflows, while maintaining accountability for marketing KPIs like cost per install, conversion rates, and activation metrics.

• Managing marketing performance reporting and budget oversight, which includes campaign analysis, forecasting, and data-driven insights in close partnership with the Product & Business Lead, the CMO, and the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in growth marketing for a digital B2C product within a dynamic startup or scale-up environment, preferably as a founding marketer or the initial marketing hire.

• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns (particularly on Meta), alongside CRM and lifecycle campaigns, paired with strong analytical abilities and an innate talent for brand and visual storytelling.

• Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Amplitude.

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English; experience with app marketing, influencer marketing, or SEA is advantageous.
