Vice President of Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Paid acquisition: Engage in high-impact performance marketing across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Organic search and programmatic SEO: Develop content and landing page infrastructure that effectively captures long-tail demand at scale for all three brands and customer segments.

• LLM optimization: Manage Peek's visibility in AI-generated responses.

• Growth loops, hacking, and experimentation: Identify and create compounding acquisition strategies.

• ABM and enterprise acquisition: Collaborate with sales on account-based initiatives targeting large opportunities.

• Brand GTM playbooks: Oversee the go-to-market strategy for each brand.

• Growth reporting: Analyze CAC by channel, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion metrics.

• Team: Recruit, cultivate, and ensure accountability within a small, high-performing growth team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS companies.

• A proven history of developing growth loops or compounding organic engines, rather than merely increasing ad spend.

• Extensive hands-on experience with programmatic SEO, including the development of templated landing pages at scale, content architecture, internal linking systems, and search intent mapping.

• Familiarity with LLM optimization as an emerging field.

• High-velocity creativity in paid social: you have managed campaigns featuring 30 to 50 active creatives, rapid iterations, and in-house production.

• Proficiency in vertical video formats: Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.

• Strong analytical skills: You are well-versed in CAC by channel, blended payback, attribution models, and funnel conversion metrics.

• Experience in environments with multiple products or post-acquisition brand contexts is a distinct advantage.
