This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the growth strategy for eKnowID.
• Test various campaigns, create funnels, assess outcomes, and convert marketing efforts into qualified leads and revenue.
• Oversee growth initiatives including customer reactivation, outbound prospecting, paid advertising, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking.
• Generate qualified opportunities and transform interest into revenue.
• Establish repeatable growth systems.
• Initiate a win-back campaign aimed at reactivating dormant eKnowID customers.
• Design and evaluate outbound campaigns targeting specific small business sectors.
• Manage segmentation, workflows, reporting, and lead nurturing using HubSpot.
• Launch paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaign performance on a weekly basis and suggest necessary adjustments.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or growth strategy.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable revenue, pipeline, customer reactivation, or acquisition.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot, including workflows, lists, segmentation, automation, and reporting.
• Experience in marketing to small or mid-sized businesses.
• Proven track record in building and launching outbound email campaigns.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong copywriting abilities for emails, landing pages, advertisements, and nurture campaigns.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance speed, execution, and output.
• Competence in analyzing campaign data and providing clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate directly with executive leadership.
• Performance Bonus: 2% to 5% of attributed revenue exceeding agreed-upon quarterly milestones.
