This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Develop and spearhead integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies that align with revenue objectives, focusing on acquisition, expansion, and lifecycle marketing.
β’ Design campaign frameworks that link brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion optimization.
β’ Collaborate with the paid media team to shape channel strategies, audience targeting, testing priorities, and performance optimization across paid search, paid social, content syndication, intent-based media, and programmatic channels.
β’ Create scalable playbooks for agile campaigns that can be repeated across key segments and markets.
β’ Foster alignment with GTM leadership to ensure that campaign priorities are in sync with business objectives and sales processes.
β’ Oversee the development and implementation of audience segmentation and buyer personas, including defining the ICP, identifying key pain points, and mapping decision journeys.
β’ Construct and operationalize content mapping frameworks that correspond to personas, funnel stages, and critical use cases.
β’ Direct the execution of impactful demand generation programs that enhance lead quality, boost conversion rates, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
β’ Manage internal stakeholders to ensure that paid media initiatives are strategically aligned, properly briefed, effectively measured, and optimized for business outcomes.
β’ Establish strategies to achieve KPIs throughout the funnel, including engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management within B2B environments.
β’ Proven track record in campaign strategy and multi-channel execution, with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
β’ Extensive experience in persona development, segmentation, and content mapping throughout the buyer journey.
β’ Strong understanding of paid media channels typically employed in B2B technology or cybersecurity campaigns, such as Google Search, LinkedIn, TechTarget, content syndication, intent-based media, and programmatic advertising.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, including setting priorities, managing performance, and scaling execution.
β’ Advanced knowledge of full-funnel demand generation, covering lead lifecycle management and conversion optimization.
β’ Data-driven approach with experience in analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization.
β’ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot), intent data tools (Tech Target Portal, 6Sense), analytics tools, and project management software (Asana, Workfront).
