This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Foster deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise settings.
• Act as a strategic consultant, aligning our offerings with their evolving business objectives.
• Propel commercial success by pinpointing opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
• Oversee contract renewals and negotiations to maximize long-term value for customers.
• Conduct regular, impactful Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Analyze usage data and key performance metrics to proactively showcase ROI, identify operational gaps, and strategize for long-term client success.
• Serve as the internal 'voice of the customer.'
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to transform client feedback into product enhancements and share success stories that encourage advocacy.
• Contribute to the development of our account management playbook.
• Guide other team members, share best practices, and work together on internal initiatives to boost team efficiency and scale operations.
• Manage the resolution of complex client inquiries and escalations.
• Implement proactive measures to continually enhance customer satisfaction.
• Play an active role in incorporating AI into our operational processes.
• Demonstrated history of success in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or similar roles, emphasizing the cultivation and maintenance of long-term client relationships.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise sales processes, contract negotiations, and account planning strategies.
• Experience in the Payments sector is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capability to engage effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and a commitment to driving customer success and business growth.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
