This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take charge of the paid acquisition strategy β identify, attract, and convert high-quality customers.
β’ Create and manage an AI-driven performance system.
β’ Oversee the entire acquisition funnel and investments aimed at building brand awareness.
β’ Collaborate closely with engagement teams to share insights on customer intelligence and cohort data.
β’ Guide the team from channel specialists to growth architects.
β’ Systems thinking: you design the system, rather than merely operating it.
β’ A desire to create AI-driven acquisition systems.
β’ Proficiency in full-funnel media: you recognize how brand awareness investments set the stage for performance channels.
β’ Dual acquisition expertise: you have experience in healthcare or considered-purchase conversions as well as e-commerce.
β’ Experience with direct-to-consumer health or large-scale subscription services.
β’ Understanding of creative performance: you know what makes paid creative effective at a mechanical level.
β’ Full-funnel accountability: you prioritize LTV as your guiding principle and make acquisition choices considering downstream retention.
β’ Executive presence: you can present to a board and engage in sophisticated discussions about unit economics.
β’ Proven experience in building and managing an ecosystem of agencies and contractors.
