This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Construct, launch, and expand Meta advertising campaigns focused on affiliate insurance offers.

• Create unique ad copy, video scripts, and innovative concepts for new campaigns and A/B testing.

• Collaborate with internal teams or freelance creators to generate high-converting UGC-style and scripted video advertisements.

• Experiment with hooks, CTAs, and variations in copy to enhance conversion rates.

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.

• Ensure campaign targeting and lead quality align with affiliate partners and call buyers.

• Keep abreast of Meta ad policies, competitor trends, and compliance changes in regulated sectors.

• Document insights, share successful strategies, and contribute to the development of creative testing frameworks.

• Manage campaigns from initial strategy and creative testing through to optimization and scaling.

• Over 3 years of experience in Meta media buying, particularly in affiliate or lead generation.

• Some experience working within financial services policy on Meta is required.

• Proficient understanding of Meta pixels and CAPI setup.

• Excellent creative and copywriting abilities for direct response marketing.

• Experience in developing and testing video advertisements from initial concept to final editing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of direct-response principles, funnel optimization, and audience targeting.

• Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for C-level interactions.

• Availability to work full-time during CST- or EST-aligned hours.

• Hands-on experience in the auto insurance sector is highly preferred.
