This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee mechanical engineering activities for nuclear facilities, power generation, or intricate industrial projects.

• Create and assess calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and technical design documentation.

• Facilitate the design of piping systems, mechanical apparatus, thermal systems, and associated plant components.

• Execute or evaluate engineering analyses related to stress, pressure, heat transfer, flow, equipment loads, and system performance.

• Collaborate with civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation & controls, project management, procurement, and construction teams.

• Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, client needs, and project specifications.

• Offer technical mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

• Assist in design reviews, client consultations, field inquiries, RFIs, submittals, and engineering change processes.

• Recognize technical risks, address design challenges, and uphold quality across engineering outputs.

• Experience in mechanical engineering within nuclear, power, energy, heavy industrial, or highly regulated engineering settings.

• Strong expertise in mechanical design, analysis, piping systems, equipment, and thermal systems.

• Proficiency in applying engineering codes, standards, calculations, specifications, and design methodologies.

• Capability to lead technical initiatives, review outputs, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
