📋 Description

• Early Phase Definition (Pre-EOR Engagement)

• Oversight of Design & Integration

• Procurement and Cost Management

• Support for Execution & System Delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in preconstruction or commercial construction

• More than 5 years of pertinent MEP preconstruction and estimating experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, along with a strong understanding of IPC, IMC, and ASHRAE standards

• Project types include commercial (office buildings, hotels, religious facilities, life sciences, mission-critical projects, and healthcare facilities) and industrial (pharmaceutical and manufacturing/assembly facilities)

• Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office applications
