Project Planning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop materials and presentations, conduct analyses, and engage in meetings with stakeholders to facilitate regular oversight of the portfolio and the engineering projects portfolio.

• Track deadlines and ensure adherence to execution standards for the management's engineering project portfolio, in line with the established schedule.

• Create and/or revise information in spreadsheets, KPIs, meeting minutes, and presentations to monitor the complete management engineering project portfolio, according to the designated timeline.

• Assist Discipline Leaders and the Planning & Management team Coordinator during meetings for the intake of project requests within the management structure.

• Verify with requestors the continued necessity of project demands included in the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• 5 years of experience working on projects in the oil industry and offshore production units; or

• 4 years of experience in projects within the oil industry and offshore production units, coupled with a postgraduate degree in a relevant field; or

• 4 years of experience in oil industry projects and offshore production units alongside PMI certification.

• Proficient in English.

• Active registration with CREA (Brazilian engineering council).
