This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and independent design of comprehensive systems and components in the climate systems sector, adhering to relevant customer standards.

• Integration of climate systems and components into vehicles for various applications.

• Production of drawing documentation, bills of materials, engineering approvals, and project documentation.

• Coordination of development-related specifics with technical departments, clients, and suppliers.

• Management of validation tests, measurements, and prototype assemblies in collaboration with the assigned project manager.

• Technical support for colleagues regarding inquiries related to bus climate systems and their components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a similar qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in development and design.

• Ideally experienced with development processes in the automotive sector and OEM application knowledge.

• Strong proficiency in 3D design and design methodology (CATIA V5).

• Knowledge of HVAC design and thermodynamics is a plus.

• Strong focus on quality and cost management.

• Independent and methodical working style, with flexibility and resilience.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to travel and a sense of intercultural awareness.

• Proficient in English.

• Competent in PC applications and MS Office.

• Familiarity with SAP R/3 is advantageous.
