This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Participate in Kick-off meetings with the design team, clients, and owners to establish a project scope of work.
β’ Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and document all relevant systems within the project scope.
β’ Provide project management support from project initiation through construction administration as necessary.
β’ Communicate all required information to internal stakeholders for submission of all design deliverables.
β’ Possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant building codes.
β’ Offer consultation regarding mechanical equipment room dimensions during the appropriate design phase.
β’ Capable of producing and reviewing HVAC Load and Energy calculations.
β’ Understand and implement concepts related to hydronic variable and constant flow systems.
β’ Skilled in designing HVAC ductwork layouts, determining ductwork sizes, and specifying necessary equipment.
β’ Conduct QA/QC reviews of all calculations performed by Designers, providing guidance and mentorship.
β’ Address RFIs for the project, thoroughly review submittals, and resolve installation issues as required during construction.
β’ At least 10 years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Building Systems Design.
β’ PE Licensure is mandatory.
β’ Proficient in Revit.
β’ Familiarity with AutoCAD MEP is an advantage.
