This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Participate in Kick-off meetings with the design team, clients, and owners to establish a project scope of work.

• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and document all relevant systems within the project scope.

• Provide project management support from project initiation through construction administration as necessary.

• Communicate all required information to internal stakeholders for submission of all design deliverables.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant building codes.

• Offer consultation regarding mechanical equipment room dimensions during the appropriate design phase.

• Capable of producing and reviewing HVAC Load and Energy calculations.

• Understand and implement concepts related to hydronic variable and constant flow systems.

• Skilled in designing HVAC ductwork layouts, determining ductwork sizes, and specifying necessary equipment.

• Conduct QA/QC reviews of all calculations performed by Designers, providing guidance and mentorship.

• Address RFIs for the project, thoroughly review submittals, and resolve installation issues as required during construction.

• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Building Systems Design.

• PE Licensure is mandatory.

• Proficient in Revit.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD MEP is an advantage.
