Measure Tech – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for scheduled in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver high-quality customer service in alignment with company standards and client expectations.

• Establish, nurture, and enhance customer relationships.

• Assist with sales, respond to product inquiries, conduct in-home measurements, and coordinate installations.

• Provide precise measurements, perform calculations, review quotes, and present them to customers.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions to determine project and product requirements.

• Articulate the features and advantages of merchandise and outline project procedures.

• Exhibit knowledge of products and services when responding to customer inquiries.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and management.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Possess reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and frequently lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight materials or equipment (8–20 pounds).

• Capability to conduct in-home measure appointments, perform calculations, review quotes, provide customer service, respond to product inquiries, and coordinate installations.

• Must work within a designated geographical area.

• Travel between locations is necessary.
