MCAT Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized tutoring for students on all components of the MCAT examination.

• Customize an MCAT preparatory curriculum to align with each student’s specific needs.

• Monitor and assess student progress and academic performance continuously.

• Develop and manage project trackers to oversee the MCAT preparation journey.

• Keep families informed about their students’ academic developments and MCAT milestones.

• Demonstrate a commitment to education as a dedicated MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a four-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is mandatory).

• Availability to tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Have taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) previously (submission of an official score report is required).

• 1–2 years of prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.

• Capable of providing comprehensive MCAT test preparation for the entire exam and each individual section.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Comfortable teaching and coaching in a completely remote tutoring setup.

• A baseline MCAT score of 521 or higher is required.
