Master's Level Clinician, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients.

• Offer empathetic, evidence-based mental health care.

• Serve a diverse clientele, including couples and children.

• Perform intakes and make diagnoses according to the current DSM-5 under the guidance of a licensed supervisor.

• Establish a complete caseload within 90 days post-credentialing.

• Ensure availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours each week.

• Engage in clinical supervision and case consultation.

• Collaborate within a clinical community.

• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools effectively.

• Concentrate on client care while Thriveworks manages credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provisionally licensed professionals pursuing LPC licensure in Pennsylvania.

• Approved by the board as a LAPC.

• Must be aiming for independent licensure and residing in Pennsylvania.

• Graduate from an accredited 60-credit hour program.

• Must fulfill all PA State requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure.

• Required graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling setting addressing depression and anxiety.

• Preferred graduate or post-graduate experience in independently conducting intakes and making diagnoses under a licensed supervisor according to the current DSM-5.

• Must be consistently available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.

• Behavioral health generalist willing to treat couples and children.

• Capability to assist clients in achieving measurable progress.

• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

• Ability to work as a W2 employee.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
