Master Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create scalable, enterprise-level solutions utilizing Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Design and sustain solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.

• Implement automation through Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft.

• Engage in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines utilizing Copado and Gearset.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.

• Enhance Sales Cloud capabilities, including Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and personalized quote flows.

• Assist with Service Cloud functionalities, such as Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Tailor Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user interfaces.

• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and support client-facing initiatives.

• Contribute to business outcomes through CRM and platform automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience.

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

• Experience with automation tools and API integrations.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and security standards.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce (preferred).

• Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and enhancements in Service Console (preferred).
