Master Data Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee intricate Master Data Management and Operational Support projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project milestones with enterprise supply chain goals.

• Supervise the training and auditing of system requesters to ensure adherence to purchasing and payables policies as well as regulatory standards.

• Manage the Requester Support ecosystem, which includes educational resources, emergency notifications, and newsletters.

• Configure ERP systems to accommodate location-specific items, supplier account structures, and advanced requester profiles.

• Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to identify and resolve discrepancies related to requesters and address process deficiencies.

• Develop customized tools and feedback mechanisms to enhance the supply chain experience for end-users.

• Leverage survey feedback to promote ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience with Master Data Management and operational support projects.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing project milestones.

• Familiarity with national purchasing and payables policies and regulatory standards.

• Proven experience in configuring ERP systems for location-specific items, supplier account structures, and requester profiles.

• Experience collaborating with Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments.

• Background in data-driven process improvement.
