Marketplace Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation for Halo's marketplace operations beyond Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy.

• Expand current channels and initiate new marketplace platforms.

• Discover new avenues to engage customers.

• Work closely with both internal and external partners to drive growth and execution.

• Oversee advertising initiatives and monitor campaign performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in marketplace management or advertising.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a swift and effective response to performance trends.

• Proven experience managing substantial budgets during peak retail seasons.

• Strong communication skills with effective documentation and reporting practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Prior familiarity with TikTok Shop and Amazon AMS/DSP is advantageous but not mandatory.
