📋 Description

• 20four7VA is looking for offshore independent contractors to provide remote services to clients across the globe.

• The Marketing Virtual Assistant will assist the client with effective marketing execution, encompassing social media posting, simple marketing materials, partnership flyers, handouts, and light direct message response support.

• Aid in social media posting and content organization for Instagram and Facebook, with potential future support for TikTok and YouTube.

• Contribute to a more consistent social media presence by preparing, formatting, and scheduling posts according to client directives and available content.

• Assist with light social media engagement, including responding to direct messages or comments using client-approved guidance and elevating any matters that require the client’s direct attention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting social media content creation, posting, and fundamental marketing execution.

• Capability to design clean, professional flyers, handouts, and straightforward marketing materials.

• Strong writing abilities and the capacity to adhere to brand tone and client guidelines.

• Comfortable collaborating with a small business owner and aiding in building consistency over time.

• Organized, reliable, and capable of managing recurring marketing tasks within a limited weekly timeframe.

• Preferred: Background in content creation for Instagram and Facebook.

• Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube content formatting or repurposing.

• Experience in creating marketing materials for service-oriented businesses.

• Basic understanding of referral partner marketing or local relationship-driven marketing.

• APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE / REQUIRED TOOLS

• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Proficient in Canva or similar design and collateral creation platforms.

• Familiar with basic content calendar, scheduling, or task tracking tools.

• Comfortable utilizing email, internal messaging, and client-provided communication channels.

• Experience with AI and automation tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, and Manus is preferred, or a willingness to quickly learn these platforms.
