This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the essential marketing and sales development efforts needed to introduce SyncVR's platform to the US healthcare sector.
• Identify and assess key decision-makers at targeted pediatric hospitals using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools.
• Carry out initial, personalized outreach sequences and support the CEO in arranging introductory meetings.
• Regularly conduct competitive analyses of the US MedTech landscape, supplying the CEO with actionable insights regarding positioning, pricing strategies, and compliance necessities.
• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's program or actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Health Administration, or a related discipline.
• Must be available for at least 2 days (16+ hours) per week for a duration of 4-6 months.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native fluency is essential for all US-facing content and executive communications).
• Strong understanding of, or a keen interest in, the US healthcare system and its healthtech ecosystem.
• Executive Access: Serve as the direct assistant to the CEO in critical international strategy, gaining unfiltered, real-time insights into MedTech market entry.
• Tangible Portfolio: You will implement the complete early-stage digital GTM plan, departing with a portfolio of measurable outcomes, live content, and established market relationships that will greatly enhance your career.
