Marketing Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute general marketing functions pertaining to marketing systems, content repositories, data quality, and resources related to proposals.

• Assist in maintaining data governance and integrity through continuous review, standardization, and rectification of data within marketing systems.

• Contribute to enhancements in company marketing processes via innovation and automation, aimed at boosting efficiency and the overall effectiveness of the sales program.

• Conduct competitor analysis and research to uphold a competitive advantage in the market.

• Support company-wide initiatives to meet sales program objectives, such as improving efficiency and fostering a high capture rate.

• Assist in various tasks related to proposal development, including document preparation, editing, and coordination.

• Aid in articulating strategic messages clearly and consistently to diverse audiences.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members enhance their skills and advance in their roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including proposal development.

• Proficiency in supporting proposal content development, editing, and coordination.

• Experience in technology or information systems updates, testing, or optimization.

• A solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

• Working knowledge of marketing information systems, databases, or other relevant business tools.

• Capability to apply analytical skills for tasks, including reusable content and proposal development.

• Strong grasp of data management practices and tools for effective maintenance of marketing systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate strategic messages.

• Strong facilitation abilities to support discussions aimed at advancing marketing systems, content creation, and proposal coordination.

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently complete tasks.
