Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Execute consistent, brand-aligned campaigns, content, emails, and social media across SettLiT and Medchart, adhering to a reliable schedule.

• Establish and manage Medchart’s marketing initiatives encompassing email and nurture efforts, content, and web presence.

• Develop Medchart’s traffic and lead foundation from the ground up.

• Provide sales enablement resources for go-to-market teams, including one-pagers, case studies, sequences, and presentation decks.

• Create marketing reporting for the entire portfolio, featuring a live dashboard and monthly updates.

• Manage both brand websites in Webflow, driving measurable conversion rates and organic traffic growth.

• Oversee end-to-end marketing execution, allowing the Director of Marketing to concentrate on strategy.

• Operate across two distinct brand voices and two markets: US legal and Canadian legal, insurance, and healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven marketing generalist experience that includes campaigns, content creation, email marketing, social media, and web management.

• Ability to adapt convincingly to two different brand voices and markets.

• Proficient in HubSpot or similar automation platforms, Webflow, Figma, and Adobe suite.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Strong writing and editing capabilities.

• Self-motivated with responsibility for calendar management, dependable execution, and effective communication.

• Background check is mandatory.

• Completion of the Plum Discovery Survey behavioral assessment is required post-application.

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in legal, health, insurance, or other regulated industries, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with running in-house paid media, such as Meta, or managing agencies and contractors is a plus.
