This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the campaign strategy, positioning, promotion, and support for sponsorships across more than 100 events hosted by e.Republic.
• Create, implement, and refine targeted multi-channel demand-generation campaigns.
• Generate qualified marketing leads, expand the relevant contact database, and enhance the sales pipeline's effectiveness.
• Optimize messaging, segmentation, campaign performance, SEO keywords, and consider implications of Generative AI.
• Develop market insights, ideal customer profiles, personas, and competitive intelligence for state, local, and education sectors.
• Construct and revise go-to-market strategies, campaign calendars, value propositions, and success metrics.
• Execute marketing automation processes and investigate current best practices and industry standards.
• Craft differentiated messaging for events and sponsorship tiers across web, email, social media, sales materials, and media kits.
• Produce customer-facing materials, including brochures, collateral, promotional content, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and videos.
• Develop sales-enablement toolkits, assist in training sessions, and contribute to sales playbooks.
• Manage marketing and internal launches of new or updated product offerings.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to advocate for clients and enhance customer retention.
• Work closely with sales, events, delivery, product, content, editorial, design, leadership, and external vendors.
• Monitor campaign metrics, establish KPIs, generate Salesforce and HubSpot reports, analyze performance, and suggest enhancements.
• Maintain the product marketing calendar, track projects using Asana, manage files and collaboration within Teams, and report on keyword KPIs.
• A minimum of 5 years of overall marketing experience, preferably within B2B services or media.
• At least 2 years of experience in event marketing is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of integrated campaigns, solution positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proficient in marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
• An AI-forward mindset with understanding of foundational AI tools and marketing-specific AI applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Highly productive and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and meticulous attention to detail.
• Background in state and local government and/or the education sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) is an advantage.
• Reliable, high-speed internet access adequate for uninterrupted video meetings.
