This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Gather, assess, and accurately enter data into the Ticketmaster Host system while adhering to procedural best practices and established guidelines.
• Confirm the accuracy of event data outputs.
• Achieve and surpass Event Management service level agreements.
• Precisely input event information and identify as well as resolve event-related discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and various internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support, and client support.
• Create events and disseminate information regarding those events.
• Build and nurture relationships with assigned clients.
• Engage in a rotation for an on-call schedule.
• Provide client support during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Event Specialist, EM Manager, or Regional Director of Event Management.
• 1-3 years of experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience, with some familiarity and understanding of the Ticketmaster system.
• Service-oriented attitude, coupled with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates creativity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
• Box Office experience is advantageous.
• General awareness of the entertainment industry.
• Understanding of how Ticketmaster departments influence each other and external clients is beneficial.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with good organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer use with strong data entry capabilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• BA/BS degree is preferred.
