This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete external events portfolio, which includes industry trade shows.
• Conduct research on trade shows to ensure they align with Super Dispatch's target audiences.
• Collaborate with the heads of marketing and sales to create annual trade show plans and budgets.
• Oversee event logistics, staffing, and materials.
• Monitor and report on event ROI, lead generation, and attendee engagement utilizing Salesforce Campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and industry event organizers.
• Acquire show attendee lists and gather contact information using tools like ZoomInfo.
• Manage the complete planning and execution of SuperCon, Broker Summit, and other key company events.
• Handle event budgets, vendor contracts, venue selection, speaker coordination, agenda planning, and on-site logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure event goals align with pipeline and customer engagement objectives.
• Identify and renew event sponsors.
• Plan and execute one to two internal employee events each year, including the US employee summit.
• Work with People Ops and leadership on logistics, venue sourcing, travel, and employee experience.
• Enhance Super Dispatch’s community-building initiatives.
• Increase engagement across social media and community channels.
• Develop programs that turn customers and industry contacts into active brand advocates.
• Experiment and improve upon online groups, referrals, influencer programs, ambassador initiatives, local meetups, and various community formats.
• 3-5 years of experience in event management or event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple events with varying formats and audiences, including trade shows, company-hosted conferences, and internal events.
• Demonstrated ability to handle event budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics from start to finish.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for community-building strategies.
• Strong project management abilities and the capability to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines.
• Creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about building new initiatives without a predefined playbook.
• Proficient user of Claude or similar AI tools for daily research, documentation, brainstorming, analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to represent the Super Dispatch brand in external contexts.
• Willing to travel for trade shows and hosted events, approximately 10% of the time.
• Must reside within the United States; all work must be conducted from within the United States.
• Must be a U.S. citizen; proof of citizenship will be required during the hiring process.
