This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and direct the event technology strategy and implementation throughout the organization
• Act as a Cvent platform specialist, managing configuration, registration setups, website design, reporting, and enhancements
• Create and construct event websites in accordance with brand guidelines
• Lead the integrations between Cvent and CRM, marketing automation, SSO, and data management systems
• Convert stakeholder vision into engaging digital event experiences
• Supervise registration, event applications, communications, surveys, reporting, and on-site tools
• Guarantee data accuracy, reporting reliability, and insightful analytics
• Assist in the comprehensive execution of events from the initial concept to post-event evaluation
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams on messaging, branding, and attendee experience
• Set up best practices, templates, and standardized processes for event technology
• Oversee technology vendors and partners, including scoping, negotiation, and performance management
• Provide support for internal sales meetings, executive programs, user conferences, and incentive events
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory
• Over 5 years of experience in event technology, digital event platforms, or event management with a strong technical emphasis
• Advanced proficiency in Cvent (Event Management + SMM), including complex registration processes, website development, reporting, and platform management
• Demonstrated experience in designing event websites with a keen focus on user experience, branding, and functionality
• Practical experience with system integrations, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, APIs, and SSO
• Capability to independently execute concepts and deliver exceptional outcomes
• Strong project management and time management abilities
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in matrixed organizations and working collaboratively with global teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
• High level of attention to detail
• Experience in vendor management, contracts, and external partnerships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
