This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and/or assist in the daily planning and logistics for assigned trade shows, conferences, sponsored events, and field marketing activities from sourcing to on-site execution and disassembly.
• Execute on-site operations, which includes booth or venue setup and breakdown, staffing schedules, registration, speaking engagement logistics, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Conceptualize and create at-event activations, booth experiences, and on-site moments that enhance engagement and distinguish Boulevard.
• Manage pre- and post-event campaigns, which encompass invitations, emails, social media, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with lead capture and follow-up processes alongside Sales and Marketing Operations.
• Suggest event and field marketing opportunities based on market insights, previous performance, and discussions with organizers and attendees.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and checklists using Asana.
• Handle pre- and post-event internal communications.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, invoices, and inventory of trade show materials, signage, promotional items, and reusable event assets.
• Monitor and report on event performance, including post-event summaries, leads, pipeline, and ROI.
• Cultivate relationships with event organizers, vendors, and on-site partners.
• Represent Boulevard professionally to prospects and customers at events.
• Travel to facilitate on-site execution, approximately 20-30% of the time, including some weekends.
• 3-5 years of experience in supporting the logistics and on-site execution of trade shows, conferences, and/or field marketing events, including vendor coordination, contracts, and budgets.
• Ideally, experience within a B2B SaaS, technology, beauty, or wellness company.
• A genuine understanding of culture and industry trends.
• A creative instinct to transform trends into unforgettable, on-brand experiences.
• Familiarity with pre- and post-event marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in tracking and reporting on leads, pipeline, and ROI, correlating it with business objectives.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Ideally experienced with project management tools such as Asana.
• Composed under pressure and capable of quick problem-solving.
• Comfortable representing Boulevard in person and establishing relationships with vendors, customers, and prospects.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for lead and data management.
• Inquisitiveness about leveraging AI for smarter work processes.
• Willingness to travel around 20-30% of the time, including some weekends.
