This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of content across various social media platforms, company blogs, and email communications.
• Support the development of engaging posts, graphics, and digital assets utilizing tools like Canva.
• Aid in managing and updating social media channels to enhance engagement and strengthen DeWinter’s online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of the brand across all content and communications.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Provide planning and administrative support for company events.
• Assist with event timelines, project plans, logistics, scheduling, and coordination efforts.
• Support communication with vendors, event partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Help coordinate office events, employee engagement initiatives, and volunteer activities.
• Participate in local events and community initiatives if located near a DeWinter office in Boston or the Bay Area.
• Assist in maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign timelines.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation, social media, and branding.
• Experience or familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from various departments.
• Interest in gaining knowledge about marketing within a professional services or recruiting organization.
• Hands-on experience with impactful marketing and company-wide initiatives.
