Marketing Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Development and execution of a diverse range of corporate events (national and regional) that align with the overarching Marketing strategy and objectives, aimed at hosting consistent, informative, and engaging high-quality gatherings.

• Management of the event calendar to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

• Coordination with onsite facilities (such as hotels and vendors) to guarantee smooth organization of events.

• Creation and dissemination of content related to the events, as well as follow-up activities to ensure optimal audience engagement.

• Development of the ideal schedule, formats, and communication methods to enhance audience interaction.

• Ongoing brainstorming for innovative approaches—your insights and ideas are welcomed!

• Promotion of our brand guidelines and commitment to delivering high-quality, best-in-class solutions and offerings.

• Assistance in establishing KPIs and surpassing targets to showcase our achievements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in event marketing, branding, and communications, including a solid understanding of various digital media platforms and key metrics.

• Familiarity with the insurance sector, customer retail, and/or experience in large-scale events.

• A strong desire for learning and growth, along with a commitment to team contribution.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
