This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire revenue operations framework, encompassing HubSpot and Salesforce configuration as well as the dashboards used by leadership for pipeline reviews and forecasting calls.

• Manage all aspects of HubSpot and Salesforce administration, including configuration, workflows, automation, data integrity, integration health, and user support throughout Marketing and Sales.

• Oversee the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, focusing on field mapping, the transition from lead to opportunity, lifecycle stage alignment, and data deduplication.

• Govern the sales process within Salesforce by defining stages, setting validation rules, ensuring pipeline integrity, and maintaining forecast accuracy.

• Handle marketing operations in HubSpot, which includes lead scoring, campaign attribution, lifecycle automation, and linking marketing activities to pipeline and revenue.

• Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure alignment with the strategies of the marketing team.

• Supervise and implement updates to the website (using WordPress or a similar CMS) to keep the site up-to-date and in line with marketing campaigns.

• Lead the SEO strategy and execution to enhance organic visibility and improve search rankings.

• Create and maintain BI dashboards utilized by the executive team for pipeline reviews, board updates, and forecasting calls, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or native CRM reporting.

• Define and monitor go-to-market KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline coverage, conversion rates by stage, win rates, sales cycle duration, and campaign ROI.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations, preferably within a B2B technology or professional services environment.

• Current HubSpot certification is essential; Marketing Hub or RevOps/Operations Hub certification is preferred.

• An active Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator or platform-specific certifications are advantageous.

• Practical experience in integrating HubSpot and Salesforce (either through native methods or middleware like Zapier), including field mapping and lifecycle alignment.

• Proficient in building reports and dashboards using a BI tool — such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker — beyond just native CRM reporting.

• Possess SQL or data-querying skills sufficient to validate reporting logic and independently troubleshoot data issues.

• Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics 4, WordPress or similar CMS, and paid media platforms.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above, as leadership meetings are conducted in English.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you will be defining processes as much as executing them.
