This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Designing and implementing clear onboarding, continuous training, and certification programs via a Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure sellers gain valuable knowledge.
• Engaging in discussions with senior leadership to evaluate current successes, identify challenges, and determine future team needs.
• Simplifying complex software testing concepts into straightforward language that sales personnel can effectively use in real client interactions.
• Monitoring data and metrics related to our training modules to demonstrate that participants are genuinely learning and benefiting from them.
• Instructing the sales team on the effective use of their software and tools (CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration into their daily workflows rather than causing frustration.
• Directly communicating with frontline sellers to gather their input, address knowledge gaps, and update training materials as necessary.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement within the tech/SaaS sector—this means you have created substantial enablement programs rather than simply observing.
• Proven experience in instructional design tailored for adult learners; you understand how adults learn and how to create structured educational pathways.
• Practical knowledge of enablement technologies, LMS platforms, and contemporary CRMs (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
• The capability to analyze software development, engineering lifecycles, or QA testing, and to convey this information clearly to others.
• Strong analytical skills; you can extract data to demonstrate the impact of your enablement initiatives on seller readiness and ramp-up times.
• Effective Communication: You communicate in a relatable manner, lead training sessions fluidly, and can confidently engage in discussions with senior leadership.
• Seller Empathy: You understand the daily challenges faced by quota-carrying sellers, value their feedback, build relationships, and create tools that genuinely assist them in overcoming obstacles. Your success is evident when you receive invitations to their gatherings.
• Self-Motivated: You do not wait for permission or detailed instructions. If you identify a flawed training process, you take steps to rectify it. If a training process is absent, you develop it yourself.
• Results-Oriented: You prioritize tangible outcomes and measurable data over superficial metrics or mere accolades.
• Flexible: You remain composed when priorities change or when new features and targets are introduced on short notice.
