This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement Kaizen methodology for Salesforce across the US and EUK regions.
• Administer and enhance Soracom's Salesforce platform for the sales teams in the US and EUK, ensuring high data quality, managing custom objects, lead and opportunity workflows, multi-currency pipelines, regional territories, and user provisioning. Guarantee that data structures are compliant with region-specific reporting needs.
• Create regional dashboards and comprehensive forecast reports.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and KPI dashboards in BI tools (Looker/Superset) to provide regional Sales leaders and the Head of Operations with a clear, consolidated overview, segmented by US and EUK, including multi-currency normalization and region-specific conversion benchmarks.
• Spearhead continuous improvement of the sales process in both the US and EUK.
• Employ a Kaizen (continuous improvement) approach to enhance every stage of the sales funnel in both regions. Identify unique friction points for each market, conduct structured improvement cycles, assess impact, and integrate learnings back into process documentation and tools. Balance global consistency with regional nuances; what is effective in the US may require adjustments for EUK market dynamics, buyer behaviors, or regulatory contexts.
• Standardize and modify workflows across regions.
• Map and maintain comprehensive sales process documentation for both US and EUK teams — including lead routing, qualification criteria, deal desk, and customer success handoff — with region-specific variations as necessary.
• Facilitate asynchronous coordination via Slack across different time zones.
• Utilize Slack as the operational center to design workflows and communication patterns that ensure alignment between US and EUK teams without necessitating constant real-time interaction.
• Must be proficient in English and possess strong writing abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in supporting or managing sales operations across multiple regions, preferably in the US and EMEA/UK simultaneously.
• Proven experience in applying Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies to sales or business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including multi-currency and multi-territory configurations.
• Proficient in BI tools (Looker, Superset) for creating executive-ready, multi-region dashboards.
• Comfortable with asynchronous collaboration in Slack across US and European time zones.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating multi-region pipeline and performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Be self-motivated and driven, exhibiting a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to work from home with a dedicated and quiet workspace.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Comfortable with exploring and utilizing emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and creativity in your work.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IT related to servers, networking, and AWS services.
• Previous experience or exposure to Slack is a plus.
• Experience working from home is required.
• Salesforce Admin Certification is a bonus.
• Spanish language skills are an advantage.
• Work from anywhere in the US, provided you have a reliable internet connection.
• Flexible working hours.
• Access to brand new, up-to-date equipment for your work.
• An environment where you will learn more in six months than you typically would in several years.
