This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and manage the enablement infrastructure that accelerates the ramp-up process for our sales team and enhances their success rates.
• Develop the onboarding program for Account Executives (AE) and Sales Development Representatives (SDR).
• Create ramp certifications that cover product knowledge, discovery techniques, demo presentations, and strategies for handling objections.
• Assemble the essential content library.
• Outline the performance expectations for the first 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Facilitate weekly coaching sessions focused on call performance.
• Construct and uphold a comprehensive discovery framework.
• Produce guides for managing objections effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the resources you develop.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to take ownership of new features.
• Ensure a continuous feedback loop between field interactions and the product development roadmap.
• Serve as an extension of the sales leadership team.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a high-performing role as an AE/SDR, with a documented transition into enablement.
• Profound understanding of sales methodologies.
• Strong aptitude for content creation.
• Natural coaching ability.
• Proficient with data, including HubSpot, call intelligence tools, and pipeline reports.
• Must have established an enablement function from the ground up.
• Experience in selling or enabling sales representatives in healthcare technology, SaaS for small to medium businesses, or vertical software.
• Knowledge of veterinary or medical practice workflows is a plus.
