Senior Sales Operations Analyst – Deal Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic consultant for regional sales teams regarding intricate deal structures, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to enhance profitability and align with corporate objectives.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration (Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to advance deals from inception through approval to final closure, addressing any exceptions that arise.

• Enhance the regional deal management workflow to improve governance and accelerate commercial processes.

• Perform financial modeling, margin assessments, and pipeline monitoring using CRM systems to provide data-driven insights for negotiations and sales forecasts.

• Examine contract documentation to ensure full compliance with company policies, accurate revenue recognition, and agreements.

• Establish tracking systems to confirm that finalized deals meet projected financial goals, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for optimization.

• Convert complex data into concise summaries and recommendations for senior leadership, while providing mentorship to junior team members on best practices in deal desk operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Ops, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software sectors.

• Extensive understanding of enterprise sales cycles, intricate deal structures, revenue recognition, and commercial contract management.

• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and (SQL/Python); skilled in using CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and BI tools.

• Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) and provide negotiation support.

• Experience in driving process enhancements and translating data into actionable business insights.
