Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Create and establish sales workflows and tools from the ground up, frequently as the initial individual addressing specific challenges at Cambly.

• Take full ownership of HubSpot: encompassing the data model, pipeline stages, automations, reporting, and integrations.

• Develop and sustain prospecting/enrichment workflows utilizing Clay, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.

• Implement and enhance call recording/conversation intelligence tools for coaching purposes and pipeline insights.

• Recognize and construct AI-enhanced workflows throughout the sales cycle (such as lead scoring, call summarization, and forecasting).

• Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for real-time insights into pipeline health, representative performance, and forecast accuracy.

• Identify bottlenecks within the sales cycle and design scalable processes rather than temporary fixes.

• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure systems and data remain aligned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.

• Practical expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and tools for call recording/conversation intelligence.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into sales workflows.

• Proven history of designing systems or processes from scratch based on broad outlines.

• Technical aptitude: comfortable working with data, integrations, automation logic, and troubleshooting your own projects.

• Proactive and ownership-oriented, with a tendency to take initiative and iterate transparently.

• Experience in scaling a sales operations function at an early-stage or growth-focused startup (Preferred).

• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools (such as Zapier, Make) (Preferred).

• Experience supporting both SDR and AE functions (Preferred).

• Previous involvement in a remote and distributed team (Preferred).
