Marketing Representative – Pre Arrival

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Initiate proactive communication with Owners and guests via outbound calls and emails ahead of their arrival.

• Promote and secure bookings for qualified Hilton Grand Vacations resort preview and timeshare tour appointments.

• Offer recommendations and assistance in arranging tours, activities, excursions, events, and other approved vacation experiences.

• Establish rapport and generate enthusiasm regarding each guest's upcoming travel arrangements.

• Oversee assigned lead lists and meet daily outbound call targets.

• Ensure accurate documentation and call records are maintained within company systems.

• Advocate for HGV Ultimate Access events and approved offerings.

• Work alongside leadership to address guest concerns and provide exceptional service.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Be available to work variable shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in tours and activities sales or concierge services.

• A strong history of meeting or surpassing sales and booking targets.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, call center, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest relations etiquette.

• Capability to build rapport and provide a professional, service-oriented experience.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently, apply critical thinking, and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Computer literacy and the ability to learn customer service software applications and tools.

• Must be available to work all days and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
