This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop realistic scenarios for field marketing and event marketing based on personal experiences.
• Identify commercial challenges, anticipated results, and the decisions that proficient practitioners should make.
• Construct scenarios that incorporate incomplete, conflicting, or disorganized operational data.
• Create and analyze scenarios related to regional pipeline performance and sales alignment.
• Assess pipeline discrepancies, recovery tactics, regional priorities, and marketing investment trade-offs.
• Design and evaluate the planning, execution, lead prioritization, and follow-up of events.
• Analyze sponsorship prospects, audience demographics, strategic alignment, pipeline potential, business value, and commercial trade-offs.
• Formulate scenarios for account-based marketing and collaborative marketing-sales planning.
• Collaborate with simulated environments including email, storage, CRM, project management, social media, analytics, SEO/AEO, advertising, CMS, product analytics, and customer support.
• Detail the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic scenarios.
• Reconcile data across various systems and identify overlooked signals, inconsistencies, and failures in workflow.
• Review information from Salesforce, Asana, Linear, or similar platforms regarding accounts, campaigns, pipelines, activities, and tasks.
• Draft or assess reference solutions and evaluation criteria related to field marketing scenarios.
• Analyze completed scenarios and provide written assessments on diagnosis, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Practical experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or event marketing.
• Proven track record of managing a region or marketing program against sales or pipeline objectives, rather than just handling event logistics.
• Strong comprehension of event follow-up, sponsorship strategies, regional pipeline growth, and sales alignment.
• Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Linear, or equivalent tools.
• Exceptional ability to interpret incomplete or conflicting data and make justifiable commercial decisions.
• Clear written communication skills and the capability to articulate the effectiveness of marketing decisions.
• Previous experience in developing AI training environments, reinforcement-learning contexts, or simulated business case studies is highly preferred.
• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working autonomously within structured evaluation frameworks and project guidelines.
• Candidates must complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to field marketing prior to review.
• Work must be conducted without leveraging any confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or third party.
• H1-B and STEM OPT sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Part-time independent contractor role.
