This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Spearhead the recruitment initiatives to discover, engage, and hire outstanding marketers across diverse specializations (such as paid social, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Leverage your marketing expertise to craft persuasive job descriptions, execute targeted outreach, and establish interview processes that draw in high-caliber candidates.
• Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and work samples to determine candidates' marketing capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to grasp their marketing requirements and deliver the most suitable talent.
• Engage in insightful discussions with marketers, utilizing your industry knowledge to foster relationships and position GrowthPair as the leading destination for marketing professionals.
• Contribute to GrowthPair’s marketing strategy by providing support in email marketing, social media content development, and brand promotion to attract additional candidates and clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing position.
• Strong comprehension of marketing skills across various roles (including paid media, organic social, content, and email).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and trust with both candidates and clients.
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the aptitude to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (PT/ET).
