This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create high-quality content for blogs, social media, emails, website copy, sales materials, and event resources.
• Oversee the editorial calendar, content briefs, review processes, and publishing across various channels.
• Prepare creative briefs and monitor agency deliverables in accordance with established timelines.
• Maintain a centralized content library, ensuring version control and brand consistency.
• Plan, manage, and execute marketing events from initial concept through to post-event follow-up.
• Take responsibility for event budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, registration, staffing, collateral, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate event promotion, lead capture, and subsequent follow-up activities.
• Evaluate event ROI and adjust the event strategy based on performance metrics.
• Handle daily updates to the company website, including page builds and landing page maintenance.
• Collaborate on UX, design, and landing-page creative with design and creative agencies.
• Oversee SEO hygiene, website performance, and analytics tracking.
• Ensure the website remains current, on-brand, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and product launches.
• Manage relationships with creative partners and event vendors, including timelines, deliverables, invoices, and quality standards.
• Report any vendor scope or budget issues to the VP of Marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, branding, events, or marketing programs; B2B experience is preferred.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities with a portfolio showcasing work across various formats and channels.
• Demonstrated success in managing events from start to finish, including logistics and budget management.
• Proficient in content management systems, including content creation, publishing workflows, and maintaining content structure and consistency.
• Experience in managing a company website, encompassing landing pages and updates aligned with campaigns.
• Strong project management abilities, adept at handling multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• A keen sense for brand and design with high expectations for quality and consistency.
• Experience in directing freelancers and creative agencies.
• Background in adtech, martech, media, data, or a related technology sector.
• Proficiency with WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools, such as GA4.
• Comfort with video, motion, or design tools for light production tasks.
