Marketing Program Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Coordinate intricate, cross-departmental marketing initiatives to deliver outstanding campaigns on schedule

• Collaborate closely with Studio, Social, Growth, Design, Localization, Product teams, and external agencies

• Introduce structure to dynamic programs while fostering creativity

• Decompose large campaign objectives into clear, measurable plans

• Establish and manage the operational framework for campaigns: Asana boards, timelines, status meetings, notes/recaps, and decision logs

• Oversee the complete execution of key launches

• Maintain exemplary project documentation and asset organization

• Identify and eliminate obstacles, managing changes with effective communication

• Work alongside external agencies, production partners, and freelancers

• Contribute to ongoing enhancements by refining processes, templates, and rituals

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in program/project management within a marketing or creative setting

• Proven expertise in project planning and timeline management for campaigns of diverse complexity and scale

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities

• Understanding of marketing assets and creative production workflows across various channels (video, social, CRM, web, paid media)

• Proficient with project/task management tools (e.g., Asana) and a documentation-centered approach

• A proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments

• Experience in coordinating multi-market launches and localization workflows in collaboration with Localization and regional teams (preferred)

• Practical experience managing external agencies or production partners for integrated campaigns (preferred)

• Familiarity with Jira and related creative operations tools (preferred)
