This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Bring Get Blue campaigns to fruition by facilitating the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing and brand activations.
• Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly by overseeing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and readiness for launch.
• Develop and maintain organized systems for campaign assets and tools, guaranteeing smooth execution across teams.
• Assist in expanding a dynamic pipeline of brand partnerships by coordinating outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to the design and execution of co-branded activations, which include partnership materials and launch plans.
• Collaborate with corporate partners, agencies, and vendors to provide impactful, high-quality experiences.
• Serve as a pivotal connector between teams and partners to ensure high-visibility initiatives progress effectively.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows and refine processes as Get Blue grows.
• Promote operational excellence through budget management, contracts, and compliance with brand and partnership guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) along with 2+ years in marketing operations, project coordination, partnerships, or account management, with practical experience in supporting cross-functional campaigns and/or brand partnerships.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects from start to finish—balancing timelines, approvals, trackers, and multiple stakeholders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with corporate brands, agencies, or external partners, possessing a solid grasp of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and partnership coordination.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, which offers up to 10%.
