This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee marketing operations, field execution, and event assistance.
• Act as an essential link between customer-facing initiatives and fundamental marketing operations.
• Take ownership of and manage key operational and marketing enablement functions.
• Supervise promotional inventory, e-commerce platforms, and customer events.
• Spearhead customer-oriented marketing efforts for distributor events and meetings.
• Serve as a reliable operational partner to internal teams.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, agriculture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales support roles.
• Proven capability to work independently and proactively, taking charge of initiatives.
• Experience in supporting marketing, field, or commercial operations within a B2B context.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail demonstrated in previous roles.
• Practical experience in planning and executing in-person events and meetings.
